01 Background

Strategic people and culture consultancy with purpose

For Culture Minds, that moment of change was growth. As a people and culture HR consultancy working with senior leaders, boards and complex organisations, founder Louise Wilkinson needed communications that reflected the depth, credibility and ambition of the business — while remaining accessible and values-led. As the consultancy evolved, its communications needed to do more than explain services. They needed to reflect senior-level credibility, balance HR foundations with people, culture and wellbeing, support funding and growth, and work for multiple audiences — from founders to boards.

02 The Challenge

Bring structure without losing warmth. Simplify complexity without diluting expertise

Culture Minds needed a clear, cohesive communications framework that could support a growing associate model and multiple service strands — People & Culture, HR Advisory, Wellbeing and Non-Executive Director support — without sounding corporate or generic.

  • A growing associate model with several service strands to hold together
  • SEO and discoverability — without losing a people-led voice
  • A website that felt confident, strategic and human
  • Credibility for senior decision-makers, warmth for everyone else

03 The approach

Strategic communications partner and project manager

Sophie Seddon PR led the project end to end, working closely with Louise and the wider team — clarifying the proposition, writing the words, and keeping every contributor aligned and moving.

  1. Strategic positioning & messaging

Clarifying the core proposition, tone of voice and differentiation — moving beyond ‘HR’ language while keeping credibility and compliance.
  2. Website structure & copywriting

Clear, SEO-focused website copy that balanced people-first values with senior strategic authority.
  3. Project management & co-ordination

Managing inputs from associates, wellbeing specialists and web-development partners to keep the project moving and aligned.
  4. Services & SEO strategy

Structuring services around real client needs — from transactional advisory to high-value culture, strategy and board-level support.
  5. Stakeholder & funding awareness

Ensuring outputs supported AD:VENTURE funding requirements, timelines and evidence needs.

04 The Result

A website that’s ready for growth

A clear, confident structure and strategic copy — people-led, senior in tone, and built to support visibility, lead generation and funding.

05 What it Delivered

Aligned, confident, ready to grow

When communications are aligned, organisations don’t just look ready for growth — they are ready for it.

A clear, confident website structure aligned to the growth strategy.

Strategic copy that reflects expertise without sounding corporate or ‘HR-heavy’.

SEO-optimised content supporting visibility across Yorkshire, London and the UK.

Clear service positioning that supports lead generation and funding claims.

A credible, strategic, people-led market position.

A strong foundation for future case studies and thought leadership.

06 Why it matters

Strong people and culture work deserves strong communication

This project shows how clear strategy, thoughtful copy and structured delivery can support growth — without losing authenticity or heart. The result balances compliance, culture and wellbeing without compromise, and creates consistency across the website, services and every communication that follows.

When communications are aligned, organisations don’t just look ready for growth. They are ready for growth.
