A warm welcome from me … your public relations specialist

Hi, I’m Sophie. I’m normally the one behind the camera, taking your photos, writing your stories and celebrating your successes.

But today, I have turned the camera round to tell you a little more about me.

I was brought up in ‘leafy Cheshire’ and crafted my skills and made my home here in Yorkshire. 

Having worked as both a local newspaper journalist and a communications officer for West Yorkshire Police, I have a valuable insight into both fields, as well as professional qualifications. Many call it “poacher turned game keeper” but either way you look at it, I am your communications specialist.

This chapter in my story started thanks to a chance encounter with another mum who needed help in increasing online engagement with her own occupational health care company (COHS Ltd).

And so, here I am, camera briefly turned round, taking a small leap of faith in ‘me’. 

Whatever your audience, I am here to provide that human interest angle and to add a professional, personal and tailored response to all your internal and external communication needs. My aim is to reach a wider audience and increase engagement with your brand.

I am looking forward to telling your stories and shining the spotlight on you, your employees and your business.
