When you’re entrusted with sharing such an incredibly important message, it’s crucial to have someone who understands the importance of navigating sensitive communication with care.

Sam Teale Productions’ latest film, ‘Knives Claim Lives’, has been backed by West Yorkshire Violence Reduction Partnership and Safer Kirklees to raise awareness about the deadly dangers of knife crime in communities.

As a former journalist and police communications officer, last night’s premiere in Batley was a stark reminder of the harrowing stories of families who have sadly lost loved ones to knife crime.

I feel honoured to have been asked to assist. The project has also provided me with the opportunity to reconnect with a former colleague, highlighting the power of partnership working and collaboration in delivering impactful communications and strategic support that balances sensitivity with effectiveness.

Please help to share this sobering message.

Help educate young people about the deadly consequences of carrying and using a knife.
