Cheers to all the inspirational women.

Whether you’re a stay-at-home mum, juggling work and family, caring for pets, or trying to fill the boots of much-missed women, your strength and resilience shine through.

Happy International Women’s Day.

It’s been an eventful out-of-the-office week.

Here’s a quick recap:

Monday: All things sustainable with Green Drinks and Fair And Funky at Café Root.

Tuesday: Headed to Leeds for The New Monday club.

Wednesday: Met remarkable women at Huddersfield Giants Women in Business. Loved the stories of @sharronwilkinson, @emmawoods-bolger and @kirstywatson.

Thursday: Back to Leeds for my first Yorkshire Businesswoman meetup at Ma-He Coastal. Loved meeting Freda Shafi and hearing from architect Raquel Varma and doctor and menopause specialist Heather Pope.

Friday: I’m back where I started with Café Root to wrap up the week and mark International Women’s Day with my friend Cow Mad Designs. We’re hitting the pilates mat and indulging in an end-of-week pamper with My New Wardrobe.

Running a business is a delicate balance between networking and working to bring in new business, all while being present in the office to get the work done.

Next week, it’s all about less chatting and more writing (at least that’s the plan for today).

Grateful for the support and companionship of so many amazing women and a few good men this week:
