Quietness in Reflection

I’ve been investing in continual professional development, including the Compassionate Leadership Certification Training.

Thought-provoking, ethical and inspiring, the two-day programme, delivered for Huddersfield Health Innovation Incubator members, gave me the chance to meet some really great like-minded people.

Huge thanks to Helen Curtis and Nicola Stenberg for delivering the brilliant Center for Compassionate Leadership programme. I’m looking forward to joining the alumni session and continuing to be part of this amazing network next year.

It’s made me pause and reflect on the foundations of my business. Learning “how to live in the house before knowing how to dress it.”

While I’ve been quiet on social media, sometimes the most valuable work happens behind the scenes. Clarifying strategy, understanding what’s really important, and building a strong base before making big moves.

I’ve also quietly been working on some exciting new projects. Storytelling, collaborating with Katie Walden Illustration to turn complex information into digestible words and visuals, and creating creative website copy. Projects I can’t wait to share.

A big thank you to everyone who’s supported me during this reflective time. I feel energised and ready to build on these foundations in 2026.
