This week has been about collaboration, growth, and continuous learning for my copywriting and PR business. It’s essential to keep evolving strategies as we continue to grow.
I finished drafting website copy for a client set to launch a new company. I’m looking forward to seeing how it aligns with their visuals and brand identity.
I also combined my expertise with a branding and web designer to develop a new company strapline.
For a long-term client stepping into a new leadership role, I met with them to discuss updating their website and online profile.
I’m also helping a growing architect’s firm create a compelling ‘About’ section on their website that shares the story behind their designs.
Supporting the community and good causes is important to me, so I offered copywriting assistance to Honley Library for their fundraising bid.
While writing a business listing for Honley Business Association, I discovered fascinating local connections like my hairdresser being trained by the late Queen’s appointed hairdresser. Small towns, big stories.
As a new Mid Yorkshire Chamber of Commerce member, I attended MYNetwork Huddersfield to expand my network.
I also had a productive mentoring session with Bruce McLeod from AD:VENTURE. His guidance keeps me accountable and thinking strategically about my growing business.
Continuous learning is key to growth, there is always room for improvement. I engaged in an insightful AD:VENTURE marketing workshop by Marianne Smith on customer journey and action plans.
I am excited to work with a new artistic client who needs to update his website copy to better showcase his corporate artwork. Together we will develop the tone of voice and strategic key messages.
I also met with an existing client to strategise communication plans for their upcoming event.
Some days we need to keep pushing boundaries through expert guidance.
If you need support with copywriting, messaging or communication strategies, I’m here to help maximise your impact.
